Kari Inmobilien Investment, SL. is an agency that has been active on the Marbella real estate market since 1997. We are a small family business with a lot of attention to our clients. The co-owner and director of the company is Oliver Szocs. He has an MBA in Finance and worked in Real Estate industry not only in Marbella, but all across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Our typical client is someone who would like to invest in buying a property, use it on occasion, but then rent it out the rest of the time. It is for clients who want the minimum of headaches and knowing their property is in good hands.

Our main area where we are familiar with real estate and are able to manage the rental is between Estepona West (Resina Golf) to Marbella East (Cabopino). The majority of the properties that we deal with are EUR 300.000 and above. We have also successfully closed real estate deals of over EUR 10 million.
