ELITE Real Estate is a professional Real Estate company based in Mijas Costa (Malaga) specializing in the sale, purchase and valuation of apartments, villas and plots in all price ranges.

ELITE  Real Estate  is a small business headed by founder Fred van Krimpen whom started in 1978 as one of the first Estate Agents of foreign nationality on the Costa del Sol.
As a Certified Estate Agent, co-founder and current board member of the Spanish Estate Agents Association GIPE and member of the CEPI  the European Association of Real Estate Professions, he boasts of extensive knowledge of the industry. Fred also gained vast experience as a developer of several major projects as well as a contractor.

Knowledge (training)

With regards to specialised studies, Fred received a Diploma in Business Management and Masters degree in Environmental Auditing and Environmental Conscious Company Planning. In addition, he holds multiple modular certificates from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in subjects such as: Property Valuation; Architectural Restorations; Valuation of Cultural Architectural Patrimony, The National Real Estate Market and Financial Management for Property Companies. In March 2009, he successfully completed the principal study for Juridical Expert Witness in order to be able to act in litigations.
